Delivery
All orders will be packaged and shipped within 3 working days of purchase and you'll receive an order confirmation and shipment email to let you know once your item has been shipped. All Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery before 1pm has to be placed before 12 noon GMT to be delivered the following day.

Returns, exchanges and refunds.
If you would like a refund, please email info@littleomo.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will guide you on how to return any items.
All items must be unused and in the original packaging that you received it in. Our advice is that you post your return via Royal Mail Signed For, so that you can ensure it arrives to us safely. If you decide to send it and it's not tracked, we will not be liable for the product being lost in transit.
You will receive an email from us that your refund has been approved. All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment once we have inspected the product/s within 2 working days and a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. We will not pay for any returns so you will have to pay for the shipping when making a return.

The luxury silk wrapping paper is printed on a high quality recycled paper, our wrap is so versatile as you can use it to wrap your beautiful gifts for a little loved one on their birthday, at Christmas, for a baby shower and other special occasions.
There are two single sheets in a pack that measures at 70 x 50cm and is one sided, the wrapping paper will be folded flat (not rolled) and posted in a protective self-adhesive sleeve and envelope to prevent any damage.
