Flip & Solve – Double Digits is a simple maths printable designed to help children practise building and solving double-digit number problems in a fun, hands-on way. It supports confidence with place value (tens/ones) and encourages children to explain their thinking.

How to use with our flashcards

1. Pick 4 number cards from your Little Omo number flashcards (or shuffle and draw).

2. Place them in the top boxes to create a double-digit number (e.g., 1 and 8 = 18).

3. Choose an operation sheet (+ / − / × / ÷) and repeat with another 2 cards to make the second number.

4. Solve the equation and write the answer on the line.

5. For extra learning, ask: “How many tens? How many ones? Can you show it another way?”
